How many bags of coffee does my subscription include?
Our subscription includes 2 bags of 250 gr. each from Kiyo Café.
How often will my coffee be shipped to me?
We will make a monthly shipment.
Will I always receive it the same day?
No, that will depend on the parcels and the availability of our batch.
Is there any extra shipping cost?
Shipping is included to all of Mexico.
I don't live in Mexico. Can I subscribe?
You can subscribe from the United States by clicking here.
Will they always send me the same type of grain?
We currently have 2 varieties of coffee that adapt to all preparation methods. However, depending on availability or other variables, we could change the type of grain in order to maintain the quality of the product.
How can I unsubscribe?
You can send us an email to jr@jr-kiyo.com with the subject "Unsubscribe me" and we will proceed to cancel the charges immediately.
